2. How AssurSight uses them
2.1 Essential technologies
We use essential storage to remember your privacy preference. The Book a Demo form also uses HubSpot, Cloudflare and Google reCAPTCHA technologies to deliver the form, apply rate limits and reduce automated or abusive submissions.
These technologies are used only when necessary to provide or protect the relevant feature. Blocking them through your browser may prevent the booking form from working correctly.
2.2 Optional analytics and marketing
If you accept optional technologies, we load the HubSpot website tracking code. This can measure page views and sessions, recognise repeat visits, understand interactions with the website and associate website engagement with a business contact after that person submits information.
We do not load this optional tracking code before you accept it. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent you from browsing the website or using the Book a Demo form.
3. Cookie and storage inventory
The exact technologies used by service providers may change as their services evolve. We review this inventory periodically and update it when our implementation changes.

4. How to manage your preferences
On your first visit, you can accept optional technologies, reject them or open the preference panel. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days, after which we may ask again.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:
If you withdraw consent, we stop loading the HubSpot tracking code on future page loads and take steps to revoke HubSpot tracking consent and remove known first-party HubSpot tracking cookies. You can also delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
Browser privacy settings or extensions may independently block HubSpot or reCAPTCHA resources. This can affect the booking form even where you allow optional tracking.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when technologies, suppliers or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published here with an updated date.
